结合形势的发展站在“讲政治”的高度 ,提出加强高校干部队伍建设的理论思考。对这一重要问题 ,应从以下几个方面进行研究和探讨 :一是从增强政治意识 ,提高组织部门干部的政治素质 ,解决选什么干部、用什么人的问题 ;二是增强政治素质、责任意识 ,解决干部的结构配置问题 ;三是要增强政治原则意识 ,解决干部的管理问题。用哲学的观点提出干部“德”和“才”的辩证关系和干部管理的“四个统一” ,提出干部结构的配置观点。
With the development of the situation standing at the level of “speaking politics,” we put forward the theoretical thinking on how to strengthen the cadre ranks construction in colleges and universities.
