目的通过研究不同产地桑叶中芦丁含量,为桑叶资源的开发、利用提供初步的基础。方法采用HPLC法分别对11份不同产地药材样品的芦丁含量进行测定。高效液相色谱法条件为Tech Mate C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm,NO.AKAD06833),以甲醇-0.5%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为358 nm,柱温为30℃。结果 8份国产样品的芦丁含量均未能达到《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)(2010年版)的含量标准,3份巴西样品高于《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)(2010年版)要求。结论国内桑叶中芦丁含量普遍较低,巴西黑桑叶中芦丁含量较高。
Objective To study the content of rutin in mulberry leaves of different habitats and provide a preliminary basis for the exploitation and utilization of mulberry leaf resources. Methods HPLC method was used to determine the content of rutin in 11 samples from different areas. High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was performed on a gradient of methanol-0.5% phosphoric acid solution with a mobile phase of Tech Mate C18 (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm, NO.AKAD06833). The detection wavelength was 358 nm and the column temperature was 30 ℃ . Results The content of rutin in 8 domestic samples failed to reach the standard of “People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia” (the first edition) (2010 edition). Three samples of Brazil were higher than that of “The People’s Republic of China Pharmacopoeia” )Claim. Conclusion The content of rutin in mulberry leaves is generally low, and the content of rutin in Brazil mulberry leaves is higher.
