现代石油化工企业建设中,常有高大火炬塔的安装项目.本公司以往使用桅杆和大型吊机,采用散装吊装法施工工艺安装,高空作业量多,劳动强度大,作业条件差,不利于安全生产,施工质量不易控制.施工周期较长。本公司在卜海石化总厂30万吨乙烯装置火炬塔施工时,采用了 A 字桅杆整体扳吊火炬塔的施工工艺,克服了散装吊装法的弊病。这座火炬塔本体高度120.5m.总重287t.用60m 高的 A 字桅杆,采用双转法将这座大型火炬塔整体扳起,安装就位。施工十分成功,得到建设单位和设计院的好评。
