用光学和荧光显微镜及扫描电镜观察等方法,研究了热胁迫对辣椒花粉形成发育、生活力、萌发率及雌性系统的影响。发现辣椒不同耐热性品种在高温胁迫下,花粉、花药发育过程出现异常,花粉生活力、体外萌发率下降,花粉管生长延迟,正在生长的花粉管伸长停滞。这些影响感热性品种比耐热性品种表现更为明显。在雌性系统中未见明显影响。
The effects of heat stress on pollen development, viability, germination rate and female system were studied by optical and fluorescence microscopy and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that under the high temperature stress, the pollen and anther development were abnormal, the pollen viability, the germination rate in vitro decreased, the pollen tube growth was delayed and the pollen tube growing was stagnating. These heat-sensitive varieties of heat-resistant varieties performance is more obvious. No significant effect in the female system.
