电液控制塞阀是近年来应用于流化催化裂化装置的高新技术设备。本文阐述了催化裂化装置中电液控制塞阀阀体及电液执行机构结构特点、自动控制原理和液压系统工作流程 ,并进行了电液控制塞阀和气动控制塞阀的应用比较。重点介绍了电液控制塞阀在开停工过程中立管膨胀吸收及立管收缩补偿保护原理。
Electro-hydraulic control plug valve is used in fluid catalytic cracking unit in recent years, high-tech equipment. In this paper, the structural characteristics, the principle of automatic control and the working process of the hydraulic system in electro-hydraulic control plug valve body and electro-hydraulic actuator in catalytic cracking unit are described. And the application comparison of electro-hydraulic control plug valve and pneumatic control plug valve is made. The principle of electro-hydraulically controlled plug valve in expansion and absorption of riser and compensation of riser shrinkage is introduced.
