鉴别钢材材质的方法很多,常用的有:砂轮火花鉴别法、光谱鉴别、化学分析法和原子微量吸收法等等。这些方法虽然比较准确可靠,但都受一定条件限制,如需要专门设备和专门技术人员,有的还要花很长时间才能得出结论。在一些中小工厂和一些保管部门,他们没有专门设备,没有专业人员,而且他们材料来源不固定,即有啥材进啥料,再加上运输和保管不当,把材料原标记磨去,经常发错料,给生产和用户带来不必要的损失,甚至造成重大事故。
