利用光学金相、透射电镜和硬度测试等分析手段,研究了不同退火工艺对1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN耐热钢的硬度影响,试验结果表明:采用两相区加热退火+再结晶退火的两段退火工艺具有较好的退火效果,在两相区加热析出粗大碳化物对缩短退火时间非常重要,且随其加热时间的延长,最终退火后的硬度也降低;推荐的退火工艺为:770℃炉冷至690℃+690℃,退火时间依产品规格尺寸而定;退火软化程度主要受M23C6碳化物的粗化过程控制。
The effects of different annealing processes on the hardness of 1Cr12Ni3Mo2VN heat-resistant steel were studied by means of optical metallography, transmission electron microscopy and hardness testing. The results show that the two-stage annealing process with two-phase zone heating annealing and recrystallization annealing is better Of the annealing effect, the precipitation of coarse carbides in the two-phase region is very important to shorten the annealing time, and with the extension of heating time, the hardness after the final annealing is also reduced; the recommended annealing process: 770 ℃ furnace cooling to 690 ℃ + 690 ℃, annealing time according to product specifications and dimensions; annealing softening degree is mainly controlled by the carburizing process of M23C6 carbide.
