山东省微湖监狱职教工作以提高全狱干警职工的政治、业务、文化等素质为主要任务,同时承担全体干警职工子女参加大中专招生考试的管理工作。自1987年职教科组建以来,在省局业务主管部门和监狱党委的正确领导与亲切关怀下,不断强化工作职能,加大教学设施投入,充实加强师资力量,到1999年初,全科拥有7名专职教师和22名兼职教师,学历都在大专以上,形成了一个团结拼搏、无私奉献、作风过硬、能打硬仗的先进集体,为全狱的职工教育和干警培训工作做出了突出贡献。

By the beginning of 1999, the department had 7 Full-time teachers and 22 part-time teachers with education above the college level, forming an advanced group that is united and hardworking, selfless dedication, good style and hard-liners and made outstanding contributions to staff education and police training in prison.
