中国于2013年提出“一带一路”,该倡议符合沿线国家发展要求,得到了普遍的赞誉和支持。英国是西方大国中第一个宣布加入亚投行创始成员国行列,以实际行动支持了中国发起的旨在推动一带一路建设的国家。以中国和英国之间的产业内贸易作为研究对象,联系SITC三分位商品贸易有关的数据,并结合GL指数、MIIT指数测度中国2007—2016年和英国产业内贸易的发展。结果表明:2007—2016年,中英之间的产业内贸易在两个国家的贸易中占有着比较重要的位置,其中制成品十分突出,尤其是SITC5类产品的产业内贸易水平比较高,然而SITC04类产品之间的产业内贸易水平相比之下却比较低,STIC8类制成品的产业内贸易水平要比SITC57以及SITC9类产品低。最后,就如何进一步扩大中英产业内贸易给出相关建议。
China put forward the “Belt and Road Initiative” in 2013, which complies with the requirements of national development along the route and has won widespread praise and support. As the first member of the western powers to announce its membership in the founding member countries of the AIIB, Britain has taken concrete actions to support China in its efforts to promote the construction of the Belt and Road Initiative. Taking the intra-industry trade between China and the United Kingdom as the research object, the data related to the SITC three-quarters trade in goods are linked with the GL index and the MIIT index to measure the development of China’s intra-industry trade in 2007-2016 and the United Kingdom. The results show that in 2007-2016, the intra-industry trade between China and Britain occupies a relatively important position in the trade between the two countries, among which manufactures are very prominent. In particular, intra-industry trade of SITC5 products is relatively high, however, The intra-industry trade between SITC0-4 products is relatively low, and the intra-industry trade of STIC8 manufactures is lower than that of SITC5-7 and SITC9 products. Finally, we give some suggestions on how to further expand Sino-British intra-industry trade.
