《现代企业设备管理》一书以企业决策者和管理者应具有的知识结构和能力为依据,从现代设备管理的发展过程出发,重点阐述了现代设备管理理论和我国设备管理的基本制度;分类介绍了设备整个运行期间的综合管理,包括设备的前期管理、使用维修管理和更新改造,以及设备经济管理等.本书第一版是国家经贸委干部培训司于“八五”期间组织编写的“全国企业管理干部培训系列教材”之一;这次再版,着重根据我国经济体制改革的要求,对有关内容进行了修订,从企业厂长(经理)的管理角度,深入浅出地介绍了现代企业设备管理的目的、意义、方法,以及厂长(经理)在设备管理中的重要作用及职责.
