北京市天桥百货股份有限公司成立后,脱离了原隶属关系,成为一个相对独立的经济实体,现有职工2,490人,除天桥商场外,还有前门百货商场和批发营业部两个企业。公司内部科室的设置,由总经理根据企业的经营状况和开展工作的需要自主确定。天桥股份公司采取发行股票的办法吸收和集聚社会闲散资金。公司的股票委托北京市工商银行信托部崇文区分部代理发行。企业使用的原国拨流动资金、固定资金全部作为国家投资。据统计,第一期股票发行以后,国家、银行、企业和个人持股的比例分别为50.97%、25.89%、19.68%和3.46%。
After the establishment of Beijing Tianqiao Department Store Co., Ltd., it was separated from its original affiliation and became a relatively independent economic entity. It now has 2,490 employees. The company’s stock was entrusted to the Chongwen Branch of the Trustee of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of Beijing to issue the shares. The original national allocated working capital and fixed funds used by enterprises are all invested by the state. According to statistics, after the issuance of the first-stage stocks, the proportion of shares held by the state, banks, enterprises, and individuals was 50.97%, 25.89%, 19.68%, and 3.46%, respectively.
