研究了建鲤Cyprinuscarpiovar.uian卵和仔鱼的水分、钠、钾、脂肪和蛋白质的含量变化。结果表明含水量在卵的整个发育阶段基本保持在83.5%~84.5%之间,仔鱼发育初期含水量74%~75%,当其初次摄食后即上升到85%左右并保持上升趋势。初孵仔鱼卵黄囊含水量约为57.5%,远较躯体含水量92.78%低。钠、钾离子的含量在卵和仔鱼发育期间波动剧烈。脂肪在卵的发育期间无明显变化,在仔鱼首次摄食时降到最低值,此后逐渐回升。蛋白质含量从卵到仔鱼首次摄食前呈明显下降趋势,摄食后其含量明显上升。
The carp Cyprinuscarpiovar was studied. uian eggs and larvae moisture, sodium, potassium, fat and protein content changes. The results showed that the water content remained at 83.5% -84.5% during the whole developmental stages of the egg, and the water content of the larvae was 74% -75% at the initial stage of development. When the initial feeding, the water content increased to about 85% trend. The newly hatched larvae yolk sac moisture content of about 57.5%, far lower than the body water content of 92.78%. Sodium and potassium levels fluctuate strongly during egg and larval development. There was no significant change in the development of fat during the egg development period, when the larvae were first fed, they dropped to their lowest level and rose gradually thereafter. Protein content decreased significantly from egg to larvae before their first feeding, and their content increased significantly after ingestion.
