本文简述了国内外在助磨剂应用研究方面进行的实验室研究的主要成果和在生产上的应用实例,以及几种代表性作用机理的论点。在分析现有的试验研究资料的基础上,探讨了应用助磨剂的条件和寻找选择药剂时必须注意的事项。初步总结出助磨剂应用的效果与待磨矿料的类型、磨矿机的施力状态、磨矿方式和磨矿机的工作情况,以及助磨剂的种类和用量等密切相关。
In this paper, the main achievements of laboratory research in the field of grinding aids application at home and abroad as well as the application examples in the field of production as well as several representative mechanisms of action are briefly described. Based on the analysis of the existing experimental research data, the conditions of applying the grinding aids and the matters needing attention when searching for the selected chemical agents are discussed. It is concluded that the effect of grinding aid application is closely related to the type of material to be ground, the state of application of the grinding machine, the working mode of the ore grinding machine and the grinding machine, the type and amount of grinding aid.
