2006年以来的五年里,中国安防企业经历了第二轮的淘洗(第一轮淘洗是上世纪90年代末开始的从贸易转向制造的淘洗),在这第二轮的淘洗中,传统思维下的众多老企业逐步走下闪亮的舞台,新兴的技术型、管理型、IT型企业日益壮大。相关企业这一阶段的表现,说明了安防企业在产业的不断发展中,除了要进一步掌握核心技术的主动权之外,做好企业的战略、品牌、人才管理显得日益重要。
