利用FLUENT三维非定常空化模型,通过最新的CFD计算方法对自激脉冲射流装置的上下喷嘴配比d2/d1、嘴间距Lc进行分析,得出d2/d1的最优值为1.8左右,Lc的最优值在36mm左右.将不同参数下的波形图进行比较,发现结构参数可以影响波形,而工作压力只影响频率.建立自激脉冲喷嘴中的斯特劳哈尔数St,发现相同工作压力下的St值近似为一个常数,而相同结构参数下的St值和工作压力P近似呈幂函数关系.试验工况和仿真工况对比证明,三维非定常空化模型可较为准确地预测打击频率,脉冲射流的出口流速可达到连续射流的2~3倍,相应打击力可提高1.3倍左右.
