汽车制动性能的好坏关系到行车和人民生命财产的安全,重大的交通事故往往是由于制动时制动效能差,制动距离太长,紧急制动时发生侧滑、甩尾等现象引发的。随着汽车行驶速度的提高,汽车的制动性能对保障行车安全尤为重要,反力式滚筒制动试验台是我国现有机动车安全性能检测站中应用的最为关键的检测设备之一。从我国的检测设备的发展状况看,我国从国外引进到仿制到自主生产已有二十多年的时间,从日制齿槽式滚筒到欧式粘砂滚筒制动台的更替,大大地提高了制动台的准确性和可靠性。但在反力式滚筒制动试验台的生产和使用中仍存在一些问题和不足,笔者将从联网技术、计量检定和操作使用等方面进行分析其优缺点,并提出解决措施,以供参考。

Judging from the development of testing equipment in our country, it has been more than 20 years since I introduced from abroad to imitate to self-production in our country. The replacement of brake pads from Japanese cogging drum to European sticky sand drum has greatly improved Brake station accuracy and reliability. However, there are still some problems and shortcomings in the production and use of the anti-reaction type drum brake test bed. The author will analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the test technology from the aspects of networking technology, metrological verification and operation, and propose solutions for reference.
