针对传统混凝土沟盖板的不足,优化设计了新型节能环保型预制钢筋混凝土沟盖板。填浆缝的制作更好地保证了产品的质量、缩短了安装工期;将吊环结构改成侧面吊孔结构,有效节约了材料和人工;去掉了主钢筋端部的弯勾结构,通过骨架焊接、提高混凝土强度,保证了混凝土对钢筋的握裹力,弥补了弯勾筋所起的作用;在保证盖板长度、厚度不变的前提下,将宽度加大,大大提高了生产效率,节约了生产造价;叠加式生产工艺可以节约场地并减少吊装或搬运的工作量,便于形成规模化生产,从而提高了经济效益。
