慢性肾衰竭(chronic renal failure,CRF)是各种原发或继发性肾脏病变引起肾功能损害并进行性恶化的结果,最终进展为终末期肾脏疾病。多种炎症性细胞因子水平的升高在慢性肾衰竭的早期即存在[1]。IL-17在多种炎症性疾病中表达增加,与慢性炎症的维持密切相关[2]。对我院的部分CRF患者进行了血清IL-17测定,以期研究在CRF患者中IL-17变化与CRF之间的关系。
Chronic renal failure (CRF) is the result of worsening of renal function and progressive deterioration of various primary or secondary renal lesions, eventually leading to end-stage renal disease. A variety of inflammatory cytokine levels rise in the early stages of chronic renal failure that exists [1]. IL-17 expression in a variety of inflammatory diseases increased, closely related to the maintenance of chronic inflammation [2]. Serum IL-17 levels were measured in some patients with CRF in our hospital in order to investigate the relationship between changes in IL-17 and CRF in patients with CRF.
