在我国,由于高职院校的起步较晚,发展较为迟缓,英语课程的开设时间较短,所以,在当前条件下,高职院校的英语教学状况仍然不容乐观。而造成这一现状的主要原因就是高职院校的英语教师的自身职业性懈怠,教学积极性不高,高职院校学生的学习积极性不高,以及英语教学的外部环境的制约。而要加快高职院校的英语教学的发展,改善高职院校英语教学现状,就要将积极健康的心理融入高职院校的英语教学中,以提高英语教师的教学积极性和学生的学习积极性。这样才能更好地将英语学科在高职院校中发展起来,更有利于学生的全面发展。而在《头脑特工队》这一影片中,就充分向我们展示了积极健康心理的重要性,以及在我们生活中发挥的作用。
