目的获得产量高、有效成分量高、性状稳定的灯盏细辛品种。方法采用集团选育和单株系统选育法,对选育品种田间测评和AFLP指纹分析。结果新品种“艾瑞杰1号”平均产量为3 780 kg/hm2,灯盏乙素量为1.84%,总咖啡酸酯量为1.79%;“艾瑞杰17号”平均产量为3 075 kg/hm2,灯盏乙素量为1.71%,总咖啡酸酯量为1.50%。与经一年驯化的当地野生种(对照)相比,2个新品种经济性状更优、一致性和稳定性更高,且具有独特的AFLP指纹。结论 2个灯盏细辛新品种有较好的推广价值。
Objective To obtain high yield, high content of active ingredients, stable traits of Erigeron breviscapus varieties. Methods The method of group breeding and single plant breeding was used to evaluate the field selection and AFLP fingerprinting of the breeding breeds. Results The average yield of the new variety “Ai Ruijie 1” was 3 780 kg / hm2, the quantity of scutellarin was 1.84% and the total amount of caffeic acid ester was 1.79%. The average yield of “Ai Ruijie 17” was 3 075 kg / hm2, scutellarin content of 1.71%, the total amount of caffeoate 1.50%. Compared with the local wild species domesticated by one year (control), the two new varieties have better economic traits, higher consistency and stability, and unique AFLP fingerprinting. Conclusion The two new varieties of Erigeron breviscapus have a better promotion value.
