稻谷制凤尾菇、平菇、香菇菌种,方法简单,菌丝生长粗壮、浓密、洁白,而且不易老化,不亚于麦粒制种。现将制作方法简述如下:培养基配方为稻谷97%、石膏粉3%。先将稻谷洗净,流水浸泡,以稻谷破胸露白为准,绝不可长根发芽。气温低时可仿效稻种催芽的方法,气温高时浸2~3天后捞起过夜即可自然破胸露白。然后将破胸露白的稻谷用水冲洗,沥干滴水,拌入3%的石膏粉即可装瓶(袋)。装量为瓶(袋)的2/3,约250克干稻谷,加棉塞后高压灭菌2小时或常压灭菌8~10小时。
