局部压力作用下筒仓的屈曲性能与均布压力作用下的筒仓屈曲性能有很大区别,但目前对于局部压力作用下钢筒仓稳定性能的研究却十分有限。采用有限元的Buckle分析方法和Riks分析方法,对局部轴压下钢筒仓的屈曲模态和屈曲承载力进行了研究。研究表明:钢筒仓屈曲承载力对环向焊缝缺陷的最不利位置及荷载分布角十分敏感;钢筒仓的屈曲承载力随荷载分布角的增大而减小,随缺陷幅值的增大而减小。
The buckling performance of the silo under local pressure is quite different from the buckling performance of the silo under the uniform pressure. However, the research on the stability of the silo under partial pressure is very limited. Buckling analysis and Riks analysis of finite element method were used to study the buckling mode and buckling capacity of the steel silos under partial axial compression. The results show that the buckling capacity of steel silos is very sensitive to the most unfavorable position and load distribution angle of the circumferential weld defects. The buckling capacity of steel silos decreases with the increase of load distribution angle. Big and small.
