赣中南地区晚元古代之潭头群、杨家桥群,一直缺乏同位素年龄数据资料。笔者在兴国地区进行1:5万区域地质调查时,发现该套地层中含多层(套)变石英角斑岩,经对其所含锆石进行U-Pb法同位素年龄测定,获得1132Ma、993Ma、723Ma 3组同位素年龄资料,为赣中南地区之晚元古代地层时代的进一步确定提供了确切年龄数据。
The Late Paleozoic Tantou Group and Yangjiaqiao Group in central-southern Jiangxi have been lacking isotopic data. In the 1: 50000 regional geological survey in Xingguo region, the author found that this set of strata contains multi-layer (sets) of altered quartz porphyries, and U-Pb dating of the zircons contained in it is 1132Ma, 993Ma and 723Ma isotopic dating data provide accurate age data for the further determination of the Late Paleozoic stratigraphic age in central-southern Jiangxi.
