本文通过大量调查、测定和分析,指出三烧台车篦条废损的主要原因是高温氧化状态下的热磨损。并由此提出,改善篦条材质要从提高篦条的热稳定性着手。根据我国资源条件,作者提出用渗铝篦条,或稀土镁中硅球墨耐热铸铁篦条来代替中硅铸铁篦条。从改善篦条性能、延长使用周期、降低篦条的成本等方面均是必要的和有益的。这两种材质的篦条,经过现场工业性试验,均已获得较好的效果。
This paper through a large number of investigations, determination and analysis, pointed out that the main reason for the three burnt trolley grate damage is hot wear and tear under high temperature oxidation conditions. Therefore, it is suggested that the improvement of the grate material should start with the improvement of the thermal stability of the grate. According to China’s resource conditions, the authors propose to use aluminized grate bar, or rare earth magnesium silica spheres heat-resistant cast iron grate bar to replace the silicon cast iron grate bar. It is necessary and beneficial to improve grate performance, extend the life cycle, reduce the cost of grate and so on. Grates of these two materials, after field industrial tests, have been better results.
