脑组织(核团)推挽灌流法,是分析脑内化学物质含量变化时常用的收集样品的方法。其特点是能在清醒动物身上进行动态观察,因而在开展神经肽和中枢神经递质与针刺镇痛的关系等研究时得到较广泛的应用。这种方法不需要复杂的设备,但需要有一个合适的推挽灌流套管。常用的套管一般由不锈钢材料制成,优点是可以重复使用,但要求内芯与外套管座的接口严密不漏水,因而机械加工时有一定难度,而且成品批量小成本高,目前很少有厂家愿意生产。若用硬塑料材料制作,一则不能重复使用,二则同样也有一定难度.这就实际上限制了这种方法的进一步普及推广。本实验室在科研实验中
