1995年10月4日,这是一个令人难忘的日子,我国第一张从卡用芯片设计、生产到卡片制造全部国产化的 IC 卡——中华 IC 卡在北京顺利通过了技术鉴定,它填补了我国逻辑加密存储卡的空白,与国内外同类产品比较,性能达到了国内外同类产品的先进水平。这张 IC卡的研制生产成功,是我国面对全球信息化挑战的一声响亮的回答,为我国迈向国民经济电子信息化提供了一种重要基础产品。其意义重大,影响深远,为此我们拜访了主持设计生产这张 IC 卡的华旭金卡有限责任公司总经理潘利华先生。
On October 4th, 1995, this was an unforgettable day. China’s first domestic IC card, which was designed and produced from card to chip, was manufactured in China. IC card in China passed the technical appraisal successfully in Beijing. It fills the gap of our country’s logical encryption memory card, and compared with similar products at home and abroad, the performance has reached the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad. The successful development and production of this IC card is a resounding response to China’s global informatization challenge, and it provides an important basic product for China’s move toward the electronic informatization of the national economy. It is of great significance and far-reaching impact. To this end, we visited Mr. Pan Lihua, general manager of Hua Xu Gold Card Co., Ltd., who designs and produces this IC card.
