3月14日,谷城县劳动争议仲裁委员会对县地方税务局违法清退秦胜福等5位职工一案作出仲裁裁决,申请人秦胜福等5人胜诉。50岁的冷集地税所职工秦胜福(非在编人员)在税务部门工作了10余年,本想自己再干几年就可以退休了。但事与愿违,去年6月30日,他被清退了。次日,心情十分复杂的秦胜福领到了工作20余年的补偿金3600元。1991年从部队转业到五山地税所的杨世政(没转正)也遭遇了同样的命运。老秦和杨世政都觉得像是被人突然一脚踹开,于情于理他们都要讨个说法。但地税局拿出了省、市关于清退非在编及临时人员的有关文件。迫于无奈,老秦与另外4人决定通过法律途径为自己讨回公道。
