科技进步与科技创新对一国经济社会发展至关重要。结合俄罗斯经济增长实际,借助柯布一道格拉斯函数采取索洛余值法并选取相关数据对俄罗斯的科技进步贡献率进行测算,我们可以发现,俄罗斯的科技进步与科技创新在一定程度上促进了经济增长,使其经济增长方式具有一定积极变化态势,但由于俄科技进步与科技创新作用有限,俄经济增长方式仍未发生实质性改变。俄罗斯的经济增长仍主要靠资本投入驱动,但其贡献份额呈下降趋势。而人力资本投入和科技进步对经济增长的贡献尽管比重还不高,但其贡献份额总体呈上升趋势。
