目的 探讨超声多普勒频谱图在测量血流动力学参数误差程度的定量方法.方法 采用具有时间对应单一速度值的超声多普勒弦线式体模,对多普勒频谱图产生的固有频率展宽进行试验,以定量确定频谱展宽的程度.先使多普勒弦线式体模的弦线运行为恒速50 cm/s,分别用凸阵探头和线阵探头扫描弦线,获得其3种采样深度的多普勒频谱图;然后,使弦线按幅度为100 cm/s的正弦波运行,再次获得凸阵探头及线阵探头在3种采样深度下的频谱图谱.将获得的各种状态下的频谱图谱带的上限及下限与设置的弦线速度值进行比较分析.结果 所有的超声成像系统的多普勒频谱图均存在固有频谱展宽,凸阵探头的展宽程度与采样深度有关,而线阵探头展宽程度与采样深度无关.结论 与以往定性地估计多普勒固有展宽的方法不同,采用具有时间对应单一速度值的超声多普勒弦线式体模能够准确定量地确定频谱图的误差程度.“,”Objective To assess a method of quantificationally determine the error range of ultrasound Doppler spectrum.Methods Using ultrasound Doppler string phantom with running single string speed,measure the intrinsic spectral broadening of Doppler spectrum.Set the string run at invariable speed 50 cm/s and scan the string with the linear array probe and convex array probe at 3 sample depths.Then set the string run at 100 cm/s amplitude sine wave and do the same scanning.By doing this,you can get the Doppler spectrum bands of running string.Measure the upper and lower velocity limits of such bands,the estimated maximum velocity and estimated minimum velocity may be used to provide an indication of the percentage intrinsic spectral broadening.Results Above experimental results indicated that the intrinsic spectral broadening is in all ultrasound scanners.The error range of ISB of convex probe is concerned with sample depth.The error range of ISB of linear probe is unconcerned with sample depth.Conclusions Using Doppler string phantom with running single string speed can quantificationally determine the error range of ultrasound Doppler spectrum.
