目的研究温室内冬季基质育苗对抑制当归早期抽薹的效应。方法设播期、基质和种子3个因子,正交设计,3次重复。结果在15个处理中有7个处理抽薹率低于1%,其中最低抽薹率为0.14%;另有7个处理抽薹率1%~5%;另有1个处理抽薹率为19.93%。在总计45个小区中,40%的小区完全未发生早抽薹,另有46.7%的小区抽薹率低于5%。冬季育当归苗8月初茎节开始伸长,比传统苗推迟约70 d;冬季育当归苗9月中旬为抽薹高峰期,比传统苗推迟约100 d。在15个处理的早抽薹植株中,有6个处理100%只抽生花茎不能成花,另有8个处理50%以上不能成花,另1处理38.9%不能成花。抽样测定不能成花当归的醇溶性浸出物的量为45.93%。3个因子均极显著影响当归早薹率,影响作用的主次顺序为播期、种子、基质。结论冬季基质育苗不仅可明显降低当归早抽薹率,而且可能规避抽薹,大幅度推迟抽薹期。
Objective To study the effect of winter seedling incubation in greenhouse on the inhibition of early bolting of Angelica sinensis. Methods Set sowing date, matrix and seed three factors, orthogonal design, three replications. Results Among the 15 treatments, the bolting rate was less than 1% and the lowest bolting rate was 0.14%. Another 7 treatments were bolting rate of 1% ~ 5%. The other one bolting rate was 19.93%. In a total of 45 plots, 40% of the plots did not occur early bolting, while 46.7% of the plots had bolting rates of less than 5%. In early August, the growth of P. orientalis seedlings began to elongate, which was 70 days longer than that of the traditional seedlings. In winter, the P. orientalis seedling seedling was at the peak of bolting period in September, about 100 days later than the traditional seedlings. Among the 15 treatments of early bolting plants, 6 treatments of 100% only stems could not flowering, while 8 treatments of more than 50% could not flowering, and the other treatment of 38.9% could not flowering. The amount of alcohol-soluble extract which could not be determined by sampling was 45.93%. The three factors all significantly affect the early bolting rate of Angelica sinensis, the main order of influence is sowing date, seed and substrate. Conclusion Winter seedling culture can not only significantly reduce the bolting rate of Angelicae sinensis, but also avoid the bolting, significantly delayed the bolting period.
