一、引言ZX系列振动器的性能,主要可用振动频率,激振力和振幅等参数来体现。其中激振力、振幅确定后,随加工误差的大小变化不大,而振动频率则随零件加工误差而急剧改变。振动频率过低,不能有效地捣实混凝土,过高又可能因横板夹持松懈造成混凝土漏浆,所以振动频率的误差必须控制在一定范围内。影响振动器性能因素是多方面的,滚锥、滚道的加工质量虽然能影响振动器的性能,但只有在合理地确定振动器主要零件尺寸链公差
