DVD will not rise in price The patent dispute between domestic DVD production companies and 6C, which plagued the previous period of time, has finally achieved the result. The China Electronic Audio Industry Association, which represents China’s DVD production companies and foreign companies, has reached an agreement with 6C. The DVD player’s patent fee is currently set at 4 US dollars, and the domestic sales of DVD players do not have to pay royalties, temporarily no price increases. Storyer believes that the patent fees collected by 6C are merely superficial. The underlying reason is that China does not have its own DVD technology. Some domestic manufacturers have recognized the seriousness of this issue and began to win over the DVD format competitor DivX. A player that can play MPEG4 movies that are now popular on computers. If it does, Storyer is the first to buy!
