图们江地区是我国与俄罗斯、朝鲜、韩国、日本、蒙古等国家进行次区域经贸合作的重要平台。在新形势下,认真分析区域合作面临的机遇和挑战,寻求区域合作新格局构建的路径和对策,对加快推动东北亚地区政治互信、经济融合,构建利益和安全共同体具有重要意义。我国应循序渐进推进区域经贸合作和陆海联运大通道建设,打造利益共同体、命运共同体和安全共同体,实现东北亚各国的互利共赢。
The Tumen River region is an important platform for our country’s economic and trade cooperation with Russia, North Korea, South Korea, Japan and Mongolia in the sub-region. Under the new situation, it is of great significance to conscientiously analyze the opportunities and challenges that regional cooperation faces and to seek ways and means to construct a new pattern of regional cooperation so as to speed up the political mutual trust, economic integration and building a community of interests and security in Northeast Asia. China should progressively promote regional economic and trade cooperation and the construction of a major thoroughfare on land, sea and transport, build a community of interests, a community of destiny and a community of safety, and achieve mutual benefits and win-win results for all countries in Northeast Asia.
