扎实有效的校本教研工作能够促进师生综合素质的提高和办学质量的提升。但是在具体的校本教研活动开展过程中,小学校本教研活动针对性弱、形式单一等问题严重,为了解决这些问题,本文提出了“立体化”校本教研理论。“立体化”校本教研的实施要重视问题的选择,合作讨论解决问题,加强学习和反思,最终将校本教研活动全面开展起来,最终实现教师专业发展的引领。
A solid and effective school-based teaching and research work can promote the improvement of the overall quality of teachers and students and improve the quality of education.
