目的探讨小组训练模式在早中期阿尔兹海默病症患者康复中的应用效果。方法将我院老年病区住院的82例早中期阿尔兹海默病患者作为研究对象。观察组结合患者智能受损情况、文化程度及自身爱好,将患者分配至不同的小组进行康复训练;对照组给予精神科常规治疗和护理。应用简易精神状态检查量表(MMSE)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA),对2组患者的认知功能、日常生活自理能力、抑郁、焦虑状况在入院时、住院治疗3个月后进行评估。结果入院时2组患者的MMSE、ADL、HAMD、HAMA评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3月末2组相比,观察组ADL、HAMD及HAMA指标评分均低于对照组,MMSE高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论小组训练模式可延缓早中期阿尔兹海默病患者晚期症状的出现,提高生活自理能力,减轻焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高患者的生活质量,是早中期阿尔兹海默病患者康复治疗的有效措施之一。
Objective To investigate the effect of group training mode on the rehabilitation of patients with Alzheimer’s disease in early and middle stages. Methods Eighty-two patients with early-middle-aged Alzheimer’s disease hospitalized in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. Patients in the observation group were assigned to different groups for rehabilitation training. Patients in the control group were given conventional psychiatric treatment and nursing care. The MMSE, ADL, HAMD and HAMA were used to evaluate the cognitive function, daily life, Living self-care ability, depression, anxiety conditions at admission, hospitalization after 3 months to assess. Results There was no significant difference in MMSE, ADL, HAMD and HAMA score between the two groups on admission (P> 0.05). Compared with the two groups at the end of March, ADL, HAMD and HAMA scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group Higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 or P <0.01). Conclusion The group training mode can delay the early symptoms of early-middle stage Alzheimer’s disease, improve the self-care ability, relieve the anxiety and depression and improve the quality of life of patients, which is an effective measure for the rehabilitation of patients with Alzheimer’s disease one.
