目的研究傣药木棉树皮中的化学成分。方法采用85%丙酮水提取,硅胶柱、反向C-18柱及凝胶柱等柱层析方法从木棉树皮中分离化学成分,并通过MS和NMR等波谱学方法进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到5个化合物,分别为eriodictyol(1)、(2S,3R,4E,8Z)-3-hydroxy-2-((2R)-2-hydroxyoctadecanoylamino)-l-β-D-glucopyranosyloxy-4,8-octadiene(2)、β-sitosterol laminaribioside(3)、2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone(4)和p-hydroxybenzoic acid(5)。结论此5个化合物均为在该植物中首次分离得到,活性测试结果显示木棉树皮85%丙酮水提取物在体外人肿瘤细胞株Hela上具有一定细胞毒活性,其IC50值为21.30μg/ml。
Objective To study the chemical composition of Dai medicine kapok bark. Methods The chemical constituents were isolated from 85% acetone water by column chromatography on silica gel, reversed-phase C-18 and column chromatography. The chemical constituents were identified by MS and NMR spectroscopy. Results Five compounds were isolated and identified as eriodictyol (1), (2S, 3R, 4E, 8Z) -3-hydroxy-2- 8-octadiene (2), β-sitosterol laminaribioside (3), 2,6-dimethoxybenzoquinone (4) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (5). CONCLUSION The five compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. The results of the activity test showed that the 85% acetone water extract of kapok tree bark had certain cytotoxic activity on in vitro human tumor cell line Hela with an IC50 value of 21.30 μg / ml .
