近几年,河南省济源市总工会大力开展的经审工作“二审四有”(二审即本级的审计、下审一级,四有即有组织、有制度、有人员、有档案)规范化建设竞赛活动,为解决镇乡(街道)基层工会经审力量薄弱、经审覆盖面窄、下审一级的任务难以落实等突出问题,提供了有效的工作载体,发挥了积极的推动作用。市总工会充分发挥自身直管乡镇(街道)基层工会的管理结构优势,狠抓基层工会经审工作规范化建设。以“二审四有”为标准,16个乡镇(街道)每年坚持本级的审计、下审一级,按照“三同时”
