如何获得大量的昆虫病原线虫,是利用其防治害虫中一个急待解决的问题。线虫的产量是受多种因素制约的。我们采用正交表L_(18)(6×3~6)方式,进行组合试验,其指标为感染期线虫的产量。现将结果报告如下。一、试验组合影响线虫产量的因素,包括培养基成份、培养基含水量(湿度)、线虫接种量、共生细菌接入量及培养温度等。本试验选用了三种培养基,希望通过不同配方的比较,进而选出一种经济适用的新培养基。试验组合为线虫接种量安排六位级,其他因素安排三位级,详列于表1。
How to get a large number of insect pathogenic nematodes, is the use of its pest control in an urgent problem. The production of nematodes is governed by many factors. We use the orthogonal table L_ (18) (6 × 3 ~ 6) way, a combination of tests, the indicators for the production of nematodes during infection. The results reported below. First, the experimental combination of factors affecting nematode production, including the composition of the medium, the water content of the medium (humidity), nematode inoculum, access to symbiotic bacteria and culture temperature. The experiment selected three kinds of medium, hope through the comparison of different formulations, and then choose a new economical and suitable medium. The test combination schedules six levels for nematode inoculation and three levels for other factors, as detailed in Table 1.
