常压液态乙烯储罐用材,过去一直沿用价值昂贵的铝、奥氏体不锈钢、铁素体系5%Ni或9%Ni钢;而对于铁素体系Ni钢一直是采用奥氏体材料施焊,故成本很高,且给施焊和检查带来困难。日本钢管和三菱重工公司为此共同开发了调质型3.5%Ni钢和配套铁素体系焊接材料作为液态乙烯储罐用材,不但提高了储罐的安全可靠性,而且经济效果优越。这一方法已为日本焊接协会和日本高压技术协会所认可。本文重点介绍调质型3.5%Ni钢的性能,配套焊接材料以及焊接接头的性能。

This article focuses on the performance of quenched and tempered 3.5% Ni steel, supporting welding materials and the performance of welded joints.
