近年来,室内空气污染问题越来越突出,由此引发的纠纷也相应增多。本文选取室内装修的角度对室内空气污染的法律防治问题进行研究,采用狭义的室内空气污染含义,总结了我国室内装修空气污染的现况,针对我国室内装修空气污染的法律问题作出了分析,提出了完善我国室内空气污染法律防治制度的建议。
In recent years, the issue of indoor air pollution has become more and more prominent, resulting in a corresponding increase in disputes. In this paper, we study the law prevention and control of indoor air pollution from the perspective of interior decoration. With the narrow definition of indoor air pollution, we summarize the current status of indoor air pollution in our country, and analyze the legal problems of indoor air pollution in our country.
