工会经费实行税务代收以来,院校工会经费的数额不断增加,社会各界对院校工会组织的关注度进一步提升,各级党政领导、缴费单位和会员群众对工会经费的使用情况越来越关注,要求工会财务公开、审计结果公开的呼声也越来越强。因此,必须加强院校工会经费规范化管理,促进工会财务工作法治化、制度化、规范化建设。本文根据对院校工会经费使用情况的了解,就进一步加强工会经费规范化管理谈几点意见。
