目的:探讨行辅助生殖技术(ART)治疗的高龄不孕女性生育二胎的心理健康因素,为医护人员进行针对性的心理护理提供科学依据。方法:选取110名接受ART治疗的高龄不孕女性,使用自制一般问卷、焦虑症状量表(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁症状量表(selfrating depression scale,SDS)调查该部分女性焦虑及抑郁的相关因素并进行回归分析。结果:ART治疗的高龄女性抑郁、焦虑得分(47.37±7.36、43.95±6.32)显著高于国内常规人群(P<0.05);居住地在农村和不孕原因为非男方因素与焦虑/抑郁症状显著相关(P<0.05);受教育程度、不孕导致的压力、婆媳关系、对工作的影响、对辅助生殖相关知识的了解、对自我身体的影响、对后代的影响与焦虑症状显著相关(P<0.05);其中不孕导致的压力和对自我身体的影响是高龄不孕女性心理健康的危险因素,对辅助生殖相关知识的正确了解是不孕女性心理健康的保护因素。结论:接受ART治疗的希望生育二胎的高龄不孕女性普遍存在焦虑、抑郁症状,医护人员应对其危险因素、保护因素进行针对性的护理干预,以改善高龄不孕女性的心理健康水平。
Objective: To explore the mental health factors of infertile women with infertile women who have undergone assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatment and provide scientific basis for targeted nursing care. Methods: A total of 110 elderly infertile women receiving ART were enrolled in this study. The general questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) and self-depression scale (SDS) Depression related factors and regression analysis. Results: The depression and anxiety scores of elderly women with ART treatment (47.37 ± 7.36, 43.95 ± 6.32) were significantly higher than those of the general population in China (P <0.05). There was significant difference between male and female living in rural areas and non-male causes of infertility and anxiety / depression (P <0.05). The level of education, stress caused by infertility, the relationship between mother-and daughter-in-law, the impact on work, the knowledge about assisted reproduction, the impact on self-body and the impact on future generations were significantly associated with anxiety symptoms (P <0.05) <0.05). Among them, the stress caused by infertility and the influence on self-body are the risk factors of mental health of infertile women. The correct understanding of the knowledge about assisted reproductive is the protective factor of mental health of infertile women. CONCLUSION: Anxiety and depressive symptoms are common in advanced infertile women who wish to have second childbirth after ART treatment. Nurses should take appropriate nursing interventions on their risk factors and protective factors to improve the mental health of the elderly infertile women.
