一、施工矿区泥浆漏失简况我队施工的某矿区,钻进第四纪破碎带地层,泥浆大量流失,以往采用粘土加锯末等作成直径为40~50毫米泥球,从孔口投入孔内,每投5~6米,用下端带脑袋的粗径钻具捣实,直至泥球填至孔口。但钻穿泥球到孔底后又漏失。某孔孔深150米,遇0.5米的大裂缝,泥浆很快漏完,用泥球反复堵漏20多天,投入泥球多达三汽车,均未奏效。加之,山高路陡,运输困难,造成人、物力损失,影响了生产。
