目的观察比较毛竹沥、刚竹沥的镇咳祛痰作用。方法采用枸椽酸和氨水造成豚鼠、小鼠咳嗽模型,观察毛竹沥、刚竹沥的镇咳作用;采用小鼠气管酚红分泌试验、兔离体气管粘液纤毛运动试验,观察毛竹沥、刚竹沥的祛痰作用。结果毛竹沥、刚竹沥能延迟咳嗽潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;促进气管酚红分泌;加速气管粘液纤毛运动。结论毛竹沥、刚竹沥均具有明显的镇咳祛痰作用。
Objective To observe and compare the antitussive and expectorant effects of Mao Zhu Li and Kang Zhu Le. Methods The cough model of guinea pigs and mice was induced by using citric acid and ammonia to observe the antitussive effect of Phyllostachys pubescens and Kangzhukiao. The mouse tracheal phenol red secretion test and rabbit tracheal mucociliary exercise test were used to observe the effects of Phyllostachys pubescens. The role of bamboo smash. Results: Moso bamboo peel and konjac can delay the cough incubation period and reduce the number of coughs; promote the secretion of phenol red in the trachea; accelerate the ciliary movement of tracheal mucus. Conclusion Both Moso bamboo lek and Gang bamboo lek have significant antitussive and expectorant effects.
