目的:比较飞利浦极速256层螺旋CT血管成像技术(CTA)与数字减影血管造影(DSA),研究飞利浦极速256层螺旋CT血管成像诊断脑动脉瘤的价值.方法:对100例脑动脉瘤患者同时进行CTA与DSA检查,并对两种方法检查过程中的表现和检查结果进行分析,比较两组的检出率,并分析飞利浦极速256层螺旋CT血管成像漏诊的原因.结果:CTA检查结果显示漏诊18例,其中漏诊原因有:重建软件限制、诊断及操作失误、动脉瘤本身综合因素等.DSA检查报告中脑动脉瘤有196个,CTA检查报告中脑动脉瘤有174个,两种检查方法的结果比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:TCA与DSA比较,能有效提高检出率,价格低廉、检测速度快,具有一定的临床价值.
Objective: To compare the value of Philips 256-slice spiral CT angiography (CTA) and digital subtraction angiography (DSA) in the diagnosis of cerebral aneurysms using Philips 256-slice spiral CT angiography.Methods: 100 cerebral aneurysms At the same time, CTA and DSA were performed, and the performance and test results of the two methods were analyzed, the detection rate of the two groups were compared, and the causes of missed diagnosis of Philips 256-slice spiral CT angiography were analyzed.Results: There were 18 cases of missed diagnosis, of which the reasons for missed diagnosis included reconstruction software restriction, diagnosis and operation errors, comprehensive factors of aneurysm, etc. There were 196 cerebral aneurysms in DSA examination report, 174 cerebral aneurysms in CTA examination report, (P> 0.05) .Conclusion: Compared with DSA, TCA can effectively improve the detection rate, the price is low, the detection speed is fast, and has certain clinical value.
