利用透射电镜、X射线衍射仪等实验手段研究了激光重熔50CrMoV钢脉冲放电涂层的组织与性能。结果表明,放电沉积后经激光重熔可使强化层硬度高达HV0.11600以上。试验分析认为,强化层的高硬度主要因激光超细化、高位错密度以及一定量的碳(氮)化物存在所致。
The microstructure and properties of laser remelted 50CrMoV steel pulse discharge coating were studied by means of transmission electron microscope and X-ray diffraction. The results show that the hardness of the reinforced layer can reach as high as HV0.11600 by laser remelting after deposition. Experimental analysis shows that the high hardness of the strengthening layer is mainly due to laser ultrafine, high dislocation density and a certain amount of carbon (nitrogen) compounds exist.
