血清及血浆中铜、铅、镉和锌的分别测定用极谱方法的报道颇多.同时测定两种以上元素的有Copeland,R.etc.在1.7M HOAC+1.25M KOAC中用脉冲极谱测定全血和血浆中的铅、镉;Sinko,I.及Gomiscek,S.在0.2M NaOAC(pH6.4)中用阳极溶出法同时测定了铜、铅、镉、锌、铊、铋六种元素,每毫升血清中金属离子的检出限量为0.01微克,分析时间为6小时;Copeland,T.R.及Shogerboe,R.K.也用阳极溶出法测定血中的痕量元素,铜、铅、镉、锌的灵敏度可达10~(-11)克/毫升.至今用方波极谱同时测定血清中四种离子尚未见报道.我们研究了不经过富集用方波极谱同时测定血清中的铜、铅、镉、锌,提供一种测定血清中痕量元素的方法.
