S195柴油机是我国生产的一种使用面最广的机型,其曲轴通常采用稀土镁球墨铸铁制造。常用的热处理工艺为正火、中频淬火、等温淬火、软氮化等。生产实践证明,球铁曲轴经等温淬火获得以下贝氏体为主的组织,具有强度高、耐磨性好、疲劳强度高等优良性能。本文以无锡县柴油机厂生产的金牌产品——行星牌S195柴油机球铁曲轴为例,对曲轴的等温淬火作一简要分析。 S195柴油机球铁曲轴的化学成分见表1。铸态金相组织:球化等级≤3
S195 diesel engine is one of the most widely used models produced in China, the crankshaft is usually made of rare earth magnesium nodular cast iron. Commonly used heat treatment process is normalizing, IF quenching, isothermal quenching, soft nitriding and so on. Production practice has proved that ductile iron crankshaft obtained by the following bainite-based organization, with high strength, good wear resistance, high fatigue strength and excellent performance.
