T8钢制铆钉模,在工作时承受很大的冲击、压缩和弯曲应力,服役条件较为恶劣,在采用整体调质(250~270 HB)后,对铆钉窝及尾端再用局部淬火和回火处理时,窝部的硬度为 53~56 HRC,尾部为 40~50HRC,使用中在肩部处易发生早期弯曲疲劳断裂,其原因是多冲断裂抗力不足所致。对T8钢铆钉模由整体调质加局部淬火和回火处理的工艺,改为整体淬火和低温回火处理,硬度仍为53~57 HRC时,可明显减少模具肩部的折断现象,使用寿命明显提高。其处理工艺
