在社会节奏普遍加快的今天,如何有效利用时间学习,提高各级领导干部学习的动力已经成为一个突出的问题。增强领导干部的学习动力应双管齐下,一是增强学习的内动力;二是增强学习的外动力。内动力培育重在增强领导干部对学习的兴趣,外动力培育重在改善领导干部学习的环境和条件。解决领导干部学习动力不足问题,应把激发干部增强学习的内在动力和外在动力相结合。
At a time when the social rhythm is generally accelerating, how to effectively use time learning and improve the motivation of leading cadres at all levels has become a prominent issue. Enhancing the learning motivation of leading cadres should be implemented in a two-pronged approach. One is to enhance the motivation for learning; the other is to strengthen the external motivation of learning. Internal motivation training focuses on enhancing the interest of leading cadres in learning. External motivation training focuses on improving the environment and conditions for leading cadres to learn. To solve the problem of lack of motivation for leading cadres in learning, we should combine the internal motivation and the external motivation that motivate cadres to enhance their learning.
